These terms explain how to understand Recoup during the current early access and manual fulfillment stage.

What Recoup provides

Recoup helps ecommerce merchants prepare structured support-facing recovery materials for payout holds, account reviews, and dispute-related review pressure. Free analysis is available on the site; professional review is currently fulfilled manually after you contact us with a case reference.

No guaranteed outcome

Recoup does not guarantee fund release, account restoration, approval by any platform, or a specific support response. Final decisions remain with the relevant ecommerce, payment, or platform support team.

Not legal, financial, or platform support advice

The materials are communication and case-preparation support. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or official support from Shopify or any other platform.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any message before sending it, removing private information that should not be shared, and making sure your evidence and statements are truthful.

Manual professional review

Payments are not live yet. If you request professional review during this stage, we will discuss the next step by email or X and manually deliver the upgraded case package.
