Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Recoup's digital recovery materials and professional case review.
Digital delivery
Recoup provides digital recovery materials for ecommerce merchants. Free analysis is generated on the website, and professional review is delivered digitally by email or through the website when payment is live.
Before professional delivery
If you paid for a professional recovery pack and it has not been delivered yet, you may request a refund by contacting us with your order email and case reference.
After professional delivery
Because the professional recovery pack is a custom digital service prepared from your submitted case details, delivered orders are generally not refundable. If there is a delivery issue, duplicate charge, or technical problem that prevents access, contact us and we will review the case and either redeliver the materials or issue a refund where appropriate.
No outcome guarantee
Refund eligibility is not based on the final decision of Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, a marketplace, a payment processor, or any other platform. Recoup helps prepare structured case materials, but it does not guarantee fund release, account restoration, or a specific support response.
How to request a refund
Email hello@recouphq.io with your order email, case reference, payment receipt, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to locate the order and review the request.
